At SHI Integrative Medical Massage School, I learned blended techniques of relaxation massage with an emphasis on medical massage/medical massage assessment. Such techniques include swedish, friction massage, percussion, chair massage, cranio sacral, ilio sacral, sacro illioac, temperature modalities, and treatment of TMD (tendomandibular dysfunction). 

In my practice I mostly use swedish, friction, gliding, and aspects of cranio sacral, while also tailoring the treatment plan to the client needs within my scope of practice. In the future I hope to receive further training in lymphatic drainage as well as energy work.
